Using Splitly

Splitly helps groups record shared expenses and work out who owes whom. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter and for keeping your account credentials safe.

No money movement

Splitly does not hold, transfer or process funds. UPI links simply open your own payment app with the amount pre-filled — the payment happens entirely between you and the other person through their provider. Balances shown in the app are a record, not a legally binding debt.

Acceptable use

Do not use Splitly to harass others, upload unlawful content, attempt to access other people's data, or interfere with the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Availability

The service is provided as-is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we are not liable for losses arising from calculation errors, downtime, or data you enter incorrectly.

Ending your account

You can stop using Splitly at any time and request deletion of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
